Rachael Hayes has been working in television in Sydney since 2016.

While completing her Bachelor of Creative Industries at Edith Cowan University in Perth, and studying abroad at California State University Sacramento, Rachael built on her strong passion for producing and storytelling.

She is a driven, hard working creative who lives and breathes film & television. One of her notable achievements was the screening of her Web Pilot, The Graveyard Shift (2016), at the Next Gen Webfest 2017.

She previously worked on Blackfella Film’s second season of Filthy Rich & Homeless (SBS) as a Production Runner. And is now working as Production Coordinator on the following programs at Mint Pictures; The Indian Pacific: Australia’s Greatest Train Journey (SBS), The Kimberley Cruise: Australia’s Last Great Wilderness (SBS), Trans Mission (SBS), The Secret Life of Death (SBS) and The Pool (ABC).
