Rachael Hayes has been working in film & television in Sydney since 2016. She most recently worked as a Production Runner for Blackfella Film's SBS documentary series Filthy Rich & Homeless, and as a Production Assistant for Mint Picture's slow TV The Indian Pacific for SBS.
While completing her Bachelor of Creative Industries at Edith Cowan University in Perth, and studying abroad at California State University Sacramento, Rachael built on her strong passion for producing and storytelling.
She is a driven, hard working creative who lives and breathes film & television. One of her notable achievements was the screening of her Web Pilot, The Graveyard Shift (2016), at the Next Gen Webfest 2017.
Rachael currently works full-time as a Production Assistant at Mint Pictures.
